NiFTy Pangolins is a collection of digital artwork NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) which run on the Ethereum network; consequently, THERE IS NO ABILITY TO REVERSE, RESTORE OR REFUND ANY TRANSACTIONS MADE VIA THIS WEBSITE (NIFTYPANGOLINS.COM).

Purchasing a NiFTy Pangolins NFT

When you purchase a NiFTy Pangolins NFT via this Website using ETH, your transaction will be conducted on the Ethereum network. All sales are final and under no circumstances will refunds be issued. vonZapp Ltd has no control over transactions on the Ethereum network or the network itself, cannot reverse transactions or issue refunds in connection with such transactions, and is not liable for any loss, damage or harm that may be incurred as a result of such transactions.

Your purchase of a NiFTy Pangolins NFT, like all transactions on the Ethereum network, will require you to pay a transaction fee (otherwise known as a “Gas Fee”) in addition to the purchase price of the NiFTy Pangolins NFT.

The rights that you have in and to the digital art are limited to those described in the NiFTy Pangolins NFT Licence, available at: https://www.niftypangolins.com/nft-licence. vonZapp Ltd reserves all rights in and to the digital art not expressly granted to you in the NFT License. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to be bound by our NFT Licence.

Ownership of a NiFTy Pangolins NFT is mediated entirely by the Smart Contract and the Ethereum network, and at no point may we modify the ownership of your NFT in any way.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to purchase a NiFTy Pangolins NFT. By purchasing a NiFTy Pangolins NFT, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

YOU ACCEPT THAT VONZAPP LTD WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSSES YOU INCUR AS THE RESULT OF YOUR USE OF THE ETHEREUM NETWORK WHILE MINTING A NIFTY PANGOLINS NFT, AND THAT WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER, AND MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING, ANY RELATED SMART CONTRACTS.

Dispute Resolution

If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these Terms (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision will, to the extent necessary, be deemed to be removed, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms will not be affected.
